$ 250,000.00 cash buys into an existing business that cash flows and allow us to bring in a concept to add strategic value and increase revenues by exporting worldwide.
Included in the cash requirement is $ 100,000.00 for business development of the concept and working capital.
The exit strategy would be to bring certain elements of the concept through the public markets in about six to nine months from the time we start to roll out the concept nationally or internationally.
